          With this contract we guarantee that the female will have at least 2 LIVE puppies at time of whelping. If she does not have at least 2 live puppies we will offer 1 stud service free of charge to the same male or an equivalent male that we own.  With this breeding we guarantee that there will be at least one tie but not more than five.  You will be provided with copies of any and all of stud dog's accomplishments including copies of OFA reports. We will ask to be notified at time of whelping and will then do our part to register that litter.  If payment is to be cash it is to be paid for at time of first breeding.  If payment is to be a puppy back then we will require FIRST pick puppy.  We may take either a male or female and will let you know when puppies are 6 weeks of age what one we want.
